Super smooth , nothing confusing.. sometimes you call support and you worry that it will be hard over a phone to fix/adjust things on a machine , Alex makes that worry disappear as he is super clear and knows his stuff 100%. I bought the device for my 12 year old daughter to use and become familiar with the technology and I would recommend this product and the company to anyone.. I got cr10 smart

I've been using Mech E stores for the last few months now. Their product quality and prices are next to none. They deliver speedily, at least here in BC. They have so far only forgot to deliver one of my orders, however, when notifiedvia email, they expedited the parcel and had it arrive the next morning free of charge. I love their rewards program and will certainly continue shopping there in the future!
Mech E- Solutions doesn’t honour WARANTIES. I literally had to file a complaint with Amazon for scamming, becuase Mech-E solutions is required by law to fulfil and Honour Manufactures Warranties, I purchased my Printer Nov 23, 2022. Mech-E-Solutions told me they are not going to honour the 1 Year Creality manufacturers Warranty and send me a part under Warranty. Instead they lied, told me the control panel screen was not covered u see warranty. When I looked it up on Google, it is in fact covered By warranty. And Mech-E-Solutions lied about it so I would have to pay to get a replacement and they make money by deception. This info above is confirmed Real by multiple Sources including Creality, Amazon, the BBB, consumer Protection Agency, And also countless reviews on Amazon having similar issues as written above. Mech E Solutions is an Ontario Distributor for Creality, and by Law not only under the Consumer Protection Act, but also the legal agreement laid out by Creality requires them to fulfil warranties thru Creality. Over all the company or should I say Business is not professional, they scam, and try to cheat people to get money by charging for parts covered free under warranties. There’s no Excuse for this. I would buy a Printer From other sellers. On a side note the seller last November had a deal where they include a spool of filament with the purchase of a printer which they didn’t Honour as shown in other feedback reviews. This led to a partial refund in exchange for compensation. Does this seem like a seller you want to deal with? This was all validated via Amazon Customer Service Last Night Oct 5, 2023. This issue with Mech-E-Solutions is the 3rd time they did this regarding warranty as my hot end which is covered under warranty was also not covered and I had to pay out of pocket. I Suggest Amazon, and anyone wanting to buy from the seller to go search Warranty protection thru Creality so you don’t get scammed like me. I would attach a photo of their comment but due to privacy I don’t think it’s allowed. All I have to say is be very careful.
