Horrible customer service. Food is tasty but they have 0 customer service. I took the parcel for kebab plate. Before collecting I confirmed it with the lady there "are the sauces inside?" and she said yes it's inside the box. I went back to work, opened the box and there was no sauces in it. I drove back, showed them a picture of it and the lady over said I don't trust you. We never forget to put in the sauce. Horrible experience. For sure I will not go back here again.
I called in to order a 2 can dine. Wasn't asked if I wanted beef or chicken and tried to call back 10 minutes later. They chose for me and told me it was my duty to make sure what I wanted. I don't think that's the right way to treat the customer, to tell them it's their job to confirm the order. Also, very stingy with the sauce. The small container of sauce is about two table spoons worth and they asked me to pay for an extra. They expect their customers to confirm the order and also two meals to share the sauce. Not happy with my visit.
We have been dining and taking out from them for 2 years now. They have amazing, authentic vegetarian food. The paneer dishes and the veggie Chapli kebab are always delicious. The food is consistently delicious. The place is always clean and the staff are always lovely. Must visit!
Massive portions when you go for the platters. Enough food for days. Food is actually really tasty. I messed up my order over the phone and got there to pick it up. Lady told me a higher than expected price for a platter. I later realized it was my mistake. They cancelled the order and made me the one I thought I had ordered initially. Great customer service. This place is a regular for me and prices are unmatched.
We ordered delivery yesterday and our bag was not sealed. The food was just placed in a plastic bag and knotted. There was no sticker or tape on the plastic take out boxes or on the delivery bag. Anyone can open the knot, have access to our food and retie the bag. The food was great but very uncomfortable with their safety/security. Will not order delivery from them unless they seal/staple or secure their packages.
Had the pleasure to stop by Real Kebab. Took advantage of their $19.99 2 can dine special. 2 chicken or beef kebabs on rice, salad, naan and 2 soft drinks. Incredible value especially as they make the kebabs to order guaranteeing succulent meat. Rice was fragrant and long grain. You’re also greeted by a friendly women who is really helpful. Hope to visit more often to try their other items.
Afghan food has many similarities to North Indian food. With the Kebabs, basmati rice, firnee etc. This was our first expereince with Afghan food and boy was it a great one. The chicken koobideh came with succulent chicken kebabs, rice and fresh salad. A combination platter with beef and chicken kebab rice naan and salad. Mango smoothie is like Indian Mango Lassi, yummy. Firnee is similar to the Indian sweet dish called Kheer, not very sweet and very very tasty. Portion sizes of everything were very generous. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try some tasty and scrumptious food. We can't wait to go back to try the other dishes.
