Unionville always comes thru beyond the sale, as their approach to customers is complete - my most recent repair came at a complicated post-op surgery time and they personally expedited their 'best' to my rescue.....even handling the warranty communication for me. We value their advice and 30 yrs of experience to remain personal and trustworthy - so great to depend on their knowledge and team / LOOK NO FURTHER!

Similar to the experience of Dennis Dennis 2 years ago, we had a dreadful experience with Unionville Appliance. We needed to fix the ice maker unit in a Fridgidaire Gallery fridge. Steve the repairman came and identified the problem (visit 1) and said he would order the part. He returned in a couple of days (visit 2) with the wrong part. When he returned with the right part (visit 3) he installed it and said all was fine. It wasn't - it made ice for 1 day and died again. He then returned (visit 4) and said he fixed some other component. The fridge freezer never worked again, and 24 hours after the 4th service, the whole fridge died. We paid almost $600 for service calls that fixed nothing! Calls to Sal the owner resulted in nothing, and we had to throw out hundreds of dollars of spoiled food. The bottom line - do not seek service from this company. They do not stand behind their work.
Staff at Unionville Applicance was friendly and super helpful. The first time I was there was for my broken washing machine. The old gentleman there not just got me the part but also lend me the tools to remove it, which I promptly returned when I was done. The second time he got me a good condition used lint filter for my dryer at a very good price. This time I had to order the burner for my old old glass top stove. Sario at Unionville Appliance did not just get me the part. He also gave me instructions how to wire it up due to the part change. I would have completely miss that. It is working great now. Thank you and keep up the good work.
We are delighted with our new counter depth , French door fridge. My husband and I searched for a month with no luck. I went to Unionville Appliance after my friend at tennis recommended it. Anthony was knowledgeable , friendly and helped me make the decision. He told me that the new fridge will arrive in 7-10 days …. and it did.
