They are glorified destroyers of the property value. Hold zero real estate market awareness, zero professional attribute. With dignity they qualify for the “Worst Appraisers in the town”. If anyone wants to devalue their property they are the BEST. I identified the flaws in there appraisal report and when I asked the valid rational they could not give me an explanation. They used run down property to justify subject property value to under value it. Stay away from E-Valuate Appraisal Services they are DE valuators.
