Staff was very friendly and explained everything. You have a set amount of time, about 90 mins - 2 hrs for painting. Afterwards, you give the painting and collect it a few days later. Lots of pricing options, from small decorations to larger pieces, $10 and up.
Lack of finer brushes for more detailed painting. And after a few months of using their mug, somehow lines like cracks started to appear inside, then it gradually became more obvious at the exterior, even though the mug was not used for hot drinks. Only used for cold or room temperature water. Even my mug I used for 20 plus years ago don’t have such lines/cracks.
Wonderful atmosphere for kids & adults. A good variety of pottery to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I'd be more mindful of is the music that was playing. I was there with my 7 year old and the music was more appropriate for lounges/clubs. Just wish the music could have been more 'zen'. Other than that, we had a great time!
Called me at start of September to let me know to pickup my missed pottery, said I will come in next week. I’m here now and they threw it out! Thanks again for the $ and memories gone after an hour drive from downtown!
They should provide better brushes and small tip brushes. It’s very hard to draw detailed things with their brushes. And the “eraser” sponge smudges the paint instead.
The owner was outrageously rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. It was the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Stay far away from this place.
Had an amazing time at Crock A Doodle. The visit was therapeutic. The store has calm and colorful interiors. The staff are superb friendly and they explained the process in great detail. I did not feel rushed at all and I took more than 2 hrs to complete my piece. I highly recommend this space to relax, unwind and unleash your creativity.
