While I don't write reviews often, felt it was necessary to advocate for how wonderful the customer care and work that the crew did for me here, especially Kristen Hamilton who was in contact with me throughout it. They not only went above and beyond, but managed to fixed a projector I was told multiple times could not be fixed. So if you have to drive a distance to get here, it will be well worth it and probably better than any other option you could find.
These people are true subject matter experts on all things projection related. We utilize Megatech for our flight simulation projection needs with Barco products, and we have never had any issues. Megatech has gone out of their way to accommodate our maintenance and support needs, and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

Megatech was fantastic. I wrote to them for help repairing my Epson projector, and Kristen talked me through all the various options and their costs in detail.
