As for the window tinting, I did have an issue where the film started peeling a little shortly after. However, the team handled it professionally and without hesitation. They re-applied the tint and even identified the root cause — a slight misalignment in the rubber trim at the bottom of the window. After the adjustment and reapplication, everything has held up perfectly. What really stood out to me was their excellent after-sales support and solid warranty. Had a dash cam installed on my Camry Hybrid, but the work was not professional. Wires weren’t hidden properly, especially near the airbag area. They also didn’t install the GPS module or test the system before finishing. Disappointed with the quality of service and attention to detail.
Although the price is reasonable, the workmanship is extremely rough. The work on the car was done carelessly, and follow-up issues were completely ignored—there was no effort to address or resolve them. It honestly feels like they’re more focused on avoiding any loss on their end than on doing what’s right for the customer. It’s frustrating, especially considering how much better things were when the previous owner was running the business.

If I could rate this guy a zero I would. Took my car in to be detailed, called me to ask permission to use a steamer. My car is all leather and the carpet on the floor is covered yet they wanted to steam it. I did not want them to steam the car, but they did anyway which resulted in moisture inside the USB ports, and the display screen would not turn off when the car was off therefore draining my battery. Had to tow my car back to the mechanic where I arranged the detailing and had to Uber back to the mechanic in order to pick up my car once they figured out what it was. Not to mention that my car was nowhere as clean as it should be. Lots of areas missed.
did a after market dash cam installatio job there. Cables were perfectly hidely and the cables are sorted tight and nice. Excellent attitude with cust.
