I have gleefully received the RS201 sheeter with the SB-04 board by ‘Kneader’ in Japan. It was worth the wait while it traveled all the way from Japan to my kitchen. So far I have just used it for rolling out gingerbread and sugar cookies. That was a breeze, and cleanup was simple. Laminated pastries are next. Where has this sheeter been all my life? Such fine engineering, quality stainless steel, sturdy and easy to use. Since it was a preorder, Gusta Supplies (Jessy) was quick to respond about expected arrival time when I asked. The transaction for this large purchase was flawless and I am so happy I got this incredible tool at Gusta Supplies. I need a day trip to go to their shop for in-store purchases, but it will be worth the trip. Thank you Gusta Supplies for the opportunity to own such a lovely sheeter.

Staff is friendly and they have the best matcha powder you can get in Markham. I get the superior matcha powder and it is a vibrant green colour and tastes amazing, deep, and strong with minimal bitterness. Amazing stuff, will be coming back for more soon!
