We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at J&J Buroak banquet hall on the 5th of December & had a lovely time there. The food & the service was superb staff was very friendly & obliging!!! We attended a Diwali party last Sunday, and everything was simply amazing! The hall looked elegant and festive, and the entire setup was so well organized. The Chicken 65 starter was super tasty — it disappeared quickly because everyone loved it! They even served an shrimp starter to make sure no one missed out. The food overall was tasty — naan, pulao, paneer, rasmalai, and dal makhani were all spot on. The staff did a great job refilling soft drinks and keeping the tables clean. Highly recommend this banquet hall for any celebration!
We attended a Diwali party here on November 9, and it was a wonderful experience! The banquet hall was beautiful, spacious, and had a great ambiance. The table arrangements were excellent, and the food was tasty — especially the Chicken 65, which was so good that it ran out quickly because everyone kept going for more! They even managed to provide an alternate starter, which was thoughtful. The rest of the menu — Tea, Chicken 65, peas pulao, Shahi paneer, Rasmalai, naan, and dal makhani — was all very tasty. The staff kept refilling soft drinks promptly and maintained the tables neatly throughout the event. A special mention to Manager Syed and Anjali for their kindness and professionalism. Overall, a fantastic venue for any event — highly recommended!
Had an community event today and the experience with food was very pathetic. Having paid for the food and the hall, food could have been little better. Management would have been informed with the number of people and certainly paid accordingly. Starters was very very less served, just one piece chicken65 for each, cauliflower Manchurian was uncooked. Chicken 65 had rotten chicken... Even with that stringy service, all starters were over, preparing a new uncooked samosa. If at all the samosas are frozen, what could be so tiring to have them prepared well? Lunch was 2 rice varieties - chicken Biryani, peas pulao, frozen naan, 1 paneer curry, 1 chicken curry... Briyani had absolutely no pieces and no ghee in both Rice's leaving it so dry. Chicken curry had old pieces. Dessert rasamalai again was a frozen one. With the price paid, a basic cooking could have left a good experience...
We had a Nikkah ceremony hosted at J and J Buroak Banquet Hall and we couldn't have chosen a better hall. The manager Akil and his staff were so cooperative and had amazing service. They were extremely kind and helpful, and they set up the event exactly how we wanted it.
Well let me just say before I even entered this hall it was giving me many mixed messages. You see we went to go visit said hall on a day where the office hours indicated that we would be able to go in. We got there and the front door was locked so we simply decided to enter through the side which was open. When we entered there was no one inside until suddenly out came a man from the kitchen who basically kicked us out. All in all it was a pretty unpleasant situation as the place reeked of urine.
Good location, manager is too rude, taste less food... food sucks...dirty corridor and oily floor. No service at all... manager disappearing during food service... will not recommend at all....
