Very up to date songs ranging from English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese. Happy hours special was very reasonably priced. Very fun to catch up with friends
Such a fun KTV spot! Great atmosphere with cool lights, comfy rooms, and a solid sound system. The staff were friendly, and having snacks available made the night even better. Perfect place to relax and hang out with friends. Will definitely come back!
Awful experience. When we arrived, the staff told us the only option was a three-hour private room, and we have to we paid in advance. However, the ventilation system was terrible. Smoke from other rooms kept coming into ours through the air vents. None of us were smoking, but the entire room smelled like cigarettes and became unbearable. We had no choice but to leave early. Extremely poor management. If you care about hygiene or air quality, stay far away from this place.
I enjoyed so much. Kaka made our experience so good. I recommend coming here with a bunch of friends cause you can pick your own songs and acc have so much fun.
My friends decided to go for afternoon karaoke today, and we found SOS KTV at Commerce Gate - available from 2pm-8pm. Parking is a little crazy with all the restaurants; there is also underground parking if you didn't know ;) The vibe inside is nightclub-like. Our room is ginormous for just for 4 of us. Sound system and mic is fantastic; no feedback from the mic at all. The song selection system was also easy to use, and I love the control panel conveniently located behind the couch. I ordered the spam and egg instant noodles, and honest to god, it was the BEST instant noodles in a karaoke setting. I'd 100% order it again! The popcorn chicken, on the other hand, was on the dryer side. I would prefer a mayo or aioli instead of hot sauce for dipping. $25 includes tax and tips, plus one drink on the drinks menu (non-alcoholic). Overall, great experience; I'd come back again!
i’ve been to SOS before and had a great experience. But they mishandled our booking and gave us a smaller room than promised. And still had the audacity to lie saying that a room with no walking space could COMFORTABLY fit 30-40 people. In reality it can probably fit 15. They were INSISTENT that this was their VIP and LARGEST room, but I’ve been in Room 8 (with 3 tables and tons of walking space) meaning bigger rooms DID exist. We only switched rooms because a friend offered to give us their larger room. This was after an hour of just standing around and lots of back and forth with the two girls at the front. They honestly showed no effort to really solve this for us. Other than asking us to continue waiting for a bigger room to pay and leave which is honestly ridiculous because we booked this weeks in advance. They offered 1 free bottle for this inconvenience but overall it ruined our birthday celebration. I will definitely not go back to a place that lied and overbooked a party.
I went there to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The place was super nice and really well decorated. The sound system is good as well. But in my opinion, the bottles of alcohol were watered down. Personally, it’s impossible for me to have 10 shots of tequila and not get drunk, and that’s what happened. Moreover, the drinks are extremely expensive which was not worth it for me.
