The guy who works here (one man and woman run the place) is VERY BAD in cutting hair. His hands tremble and he is rude. His way of cutting hair is very rough and he will twist your head and neck till you faint. If you don’t move your neck and head as he expects he will cut you somewhere and you will bleed. When I paid him $15, he will mumble something in Chinese to his wife (that seems like he is complaining he did not get a tip). If you go, you may develop health issues or come back highly irritated.
Been coming here for nearly a year. The cuts are straightforward, and service has been friendly in my experience. Highly recommend for quick, budget friendly cuts!
I encountered unacceptable customer treatment. The stylist behaved as though she was providing a complimentary service, showing a complete lack of professionalism and being extremely rude. Her muttering in another language made me suspect she was speaking ill of me. It's essential that individuals in service roles enjoy working with people; otherwise, they should reconsider their profession, close the shop and do something else.
I usually visit over weekdays n get my hair super fast. Not sure if my style is simple, but I did find any difference between my this go to place vs. going to an expensive store. Thanks guys,very much appreciated.
It's 12:50pm today Saturday February 15 2025. We waited there for my son’s turn and the lady who was there was extremely rude and impatient, my son is with special needs she directly told us that if she can take other customer. Then Y we waited. This behavior is extremely bad towards special needs. If I take this matter to a lawyer definitely this salon will be sewed, if they dare this then mention it outside ur store that special needs kids are not allowed and then see what action will be taken against you. This money and store won't last longer.
Jackie has been giving me a haircut for the last 6 months and he does a great job every time. I wish he remembers his customers, at least the ones who visit him regularly. I hope you remember me next time I visit because it makes it easy for you and me, not explaining what you want in every visit.
Went for touching up my beard, said to stop, and came out half done since I didn't want to lose what was left off. The lady had no clue what I asked and did something else. Will never go.
