I just took my fat bike into Bike Depot to get my headset adjusted and the team quickly diagnosed the problem, let me know what needed to get done and completed the work while I waited. I’d like to specifically thank Atharva and Eric for the great service. I’ll be bringing my road, gravel and mountain bikes in for winter service.
Had a great experience at Bike Depot Thornhill and was thrilled to have a caring & knowledgeable staff member, Atharva, help us through the process of buying a new Specialized Crux Expert, SWORKS Tarmac SL8 and special ordering a Shiv TT! Upon our first visit, I mentioned to Atharva I had been trying to get a Sworks Shiv TT bike to no luck as well, as they are unavailable in Canada. He said it should be no problem (This is on a Friday afternoon in October) and that he would reach out if he could. Sure enough on the following Monday when picking up one of the first bikes we purchased, Atharva contacts me to let me know he can in fact order a Shiv and now only 2 weeks later, I have my new frameset in hand. Phenomenal service from this young man and all the team at Bike depot and I can’t recommend working with them enough for anyone who is looking for quality service and to be treated like family!
Very nice staff, I came to fix my wike that haven’t been used for a while. they fill up my tires with air as I didn’t have the right pump, and tried to help me with a missing pin - they didn’t have it but direct me where to look for it. They didn’t want to charge me anything. Thanks for your help and good customer service!
The staff are kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. My bike was long overdue for a “check-up”. They have a range of packages for your choosing and my bike looked amazing at pickup along with a new kickstand!
