Captain blinds are owesome to deal with, I chose the blinds , gave them the time for installation, came on time did the installation and was very happy with there service. Won't hesitate to recommend to my family and friends. Excellent service.

Isaac from Captain Blinds was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly very trustworthy. I ordered blinds but changed my mind throughout the process on the type which required that I provide measurements over the phone to Isaac. Somehow when the blinds arrived the measurements were off slightly and while they worked they did not meet my expectations. Should have extended 3inches on each side of the window frame and instead they just hit the end of the frame. Isaac did the right thing by providing me with two new blinds. Under the contract he did not have to do this but again, he did the right thing. I would suggest you always ensure measurements are taken by the installers. I feel grateful that Captain Blinds upheld its reputation and would not hesitate to recommend them, or their products to anyone considering.
I was in contact with one of there team members and had not one but 2 in home appointments and on both occasions they didn’t show up nor have any courtesy to call me informing me of any issues or cancellation, I stayed home waiting on both scheduled date and times . Very poor customer service I will never recommend them to anyone
Captain Blinds changed my shutters to blinds. Isaac installed my blinds, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked within my limited budget to help me choose the suitable colour and durable blinds for my home. He was fast in installing them.
