Love this store Lubna baji is the best in giving advice and sooo helpful. I only come here because she helps me decide and is honest! They have the best suits in Markham
I must say I was very disappointed shopping here. Although other reviews did not paint a good picture I still wanted to try this place. If you are not the same culture/ethnicity as the store owners/workers I would not recommend shopping here. They make you wait while they serve their community members even though you are at the store before them. Also don't shop here if your budget is on the lower end; you will not have a good experience.
The worst customer service god the ladies who work their are so rude I visited the store today with my family and each stuff I'm asking oh whatever just rude reply!!! Pathetic
This is Fouzia Chowdhury, I went to do my Eid shopping at Kohinoor Classic, Zehra was very cordial and helpful as usual every time I go for shipping at Kohinoor and she was showing me different dresses I was looking for very promptly and I was very happy. I recommend anyone to go to Kohinoor for Eid or any occasion dress shopping.

I went in to make purchases after seeing them advertise suits on their IG. They had absolutely none of them in stock. I believe they false advertised and only posted those to make business and have customers come in. I messaged them before going in to ask if they had specific ones in stock and they claimed they did. The lady working there wasn’t helpful at all and was trying hard to make business. The suits they had weren’t attractive. I did try on a suit in my usual size at every other store, however the sizing and fitting was way off. They don’t cater to bigger sizes or people (XL was more like a M) I definitely wouldn’t return and do not recommend.
Wife (does not normally wear traditional clothing) was told exchange possible within 1 week. When she went back to exchange for another outfit and she was told she can only exchange for different color in the same outfit (that she brought back). Makes no sense, horrible policies by management. Would not recommend, many better stores in the same area.
