They immediately apologized, took ownership of the issue, and assured me they would have the cut ready the next day. What happened next is what truly impressed me: the store clerk offered me high-quality Australian boneless short ribs as an alternative—at the same price—and even doubled the amount for free to make up for the inconvenience. First time here with a chef friend's recommendation. Great service and the staff spent the time answering my questions and provided steak suggestions for the first time trying their products. Got them home and room temperature for another hour. Season them just with salt and pepper. Steaks turn out perfectly; Steak tastes and characters were exactly the staff explained. Will come back to this place for sure. I just hope this is where the actual butcher prep shop is.
We had a waygu night with there Australian M9,M5 and US A5 strip loins. 3lb of each Center cuts. Fantastic meat. Fan favourite in order Australian M9 US A5 Australian M5 Definitely will order again. Thank you
Meat is always fresh and the price is reasonable. Try their marinated Kalbi and pork. Best quality for BBQ or even on the small grill in the kitchen. Fast service. Friendly staff. Why not trying?
Great service. We went there on the day of a snowstorm. Staff wasn’t in a rush to push us to choose something. It was our first time visiting and we were trying to figure out which ones we wanted to try and cook for Christmas dinner. The steak was very flavorful and delicious!
The best butcher shop in the city. They have everything from USDA Prime to Australian and Japanese Wagyu, including Kobe. I feel like a kid in a candy store every time I come here. Chef Ibrahim always goes out of his way for us and never misses with his recommendations.
