Disappointed in the what I received, this is what they are giving to customers. This is supposed to be a5 Kobe wagyu, 50% is just a fat cap. Will not be coming back to this location.
Purchased 2 tenderloin steaks this week and were kindly given rosemary to cook with it. We followed an online chefs guide and we cooked one tonight. It ended up melt in your mouth quality, great buy. We would definitely recommend this store
The staff was very friemdly in helping us select the steaks. The steaks were good but they cant be compared to what we usually get at stLawrence market. Come here if you are looking for the wagyu and high end types of steaks.
Had their kobe a5 striploin and ribeye. Wow! My father who is a Keg guy and 87 took a bite, his eyes lit up and it was like he was going to dance on the table. He said this is the best steak he has ever eaten. He was like I will never eat any other steak. Well there goes my inheritance.
Don’t buy wagyu beef here. It was really annoying I bought a4 wagyu beef from here today and asked why the color looks weird. I was told it’s normal. But the beef actually turned out very smelly when I opened the package at home. I thought it might be ok if I cook it but it tastes even worse than normal angus beef. Very disappointing.
Bad quality and hopefully not in purpose Bought a tasting box regular price 78.with one Kobe and one M9 Lady said the Kobe in the box was taken by someone else by mistake . She would replace it with a M9 and give 18 discount. Turned out both M9 were bad. They smell rancid
