Her calm demeanor, friendly personality, and strong product knowledge gave us full confidence throughout the entire purchase process. She always responded quickly and ensured every detail was handled smoothly. I also want to thank the Service Department Manager, Alan, for providing very valuable information about winter tires. We bought our second Cadillac XT5 in 3 years from Phillip Hudson. The first car has been great, so why not buy another. Phillip was easy to deal with. No pressure. He simply showed us options and gave us a great first price. Antonio Chan has built great facilities and made the experience quick and easy. They will be our first call in another 3 years.
Very disappointed with the service at Cadillac Markville. It took 10 days just to get a service appointment, then my car stayed there for 2 days with no repairs done. The OnStar, internet, and GPS still don’t work. This is not what I expected from a brand like Cadillac.
Markville Cadillac was recommended to me by a friend and I had the same great experience. Antonio (GM), Ruban (great sales rep) and Judy (service team) made us feel welcome (even our dog!). Ruban found us an SUV with everything we wanted at a better price than expected. I switched from a Volvo XC40 Recharge to the Cadillac Optiq and couldn’t be happier, it’s more comfortable, has more features and goes further on a single charge. Cadillac even gave me 1% off the lease rate for coming from another luxury brand. Highly recommend!
