Ramona's is one of my favorite cafés for brunch. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxed, and the quality of the food is excellent. The staff are kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I especially loved the salmon Benedict, it was very fresh and absolutely delicious. Highly recommended for a great brunch experience!
Loved my experience here!! Olivia and Zara provided terrific service. Espresso shake was great and the flavour was so good. The whole atmosphere is great to study or enjoy brunch!
I had an amazing experience during my visit—Olivia was an outstanding server who made the meal truly memorable. She was warm, attentive, and quick to anticipate anything we needed, all while staying friendly and professional. Her recommendations were spot-on, especially the butterscotch milkshake, which ended up being the star of the night. It was incredibly rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness—easily the best butterscotch milkshake I’ve ever had. Olivia’s excellent service paired with that unforgettable shake made the whole visit exceptional.
Amazing dining experience, definitely coming back. Super good food and amazing service by Olivia. I ordered the nutella latte and it was heavenly. Chocolatey goodness to die for. I can’t wait to come back. Wish I knew about this place earlier.
I had breakfast at this place and it was actually really good. I ordered something similar to eggs Benedict and it was well-made, with great flavor and a nice balance overall. I also had a coffee with crushed pistachios, which was really tasty and different. The only thing is that it had a bit too much pistachio for my taste, but still enjoyable. Overall, it was a nice breakfast experience with good food and interesting flavors. I’d definitely go back and try more items from the menu.
This review doesn’t reflect the owner but the current workers there. They do not prioritize keeping the place clean and they are not knowledgeable about the menu. We did take out as the available tables were dirty and so was the floor. The cafe wasn’t too busy but the workers just kept chatting behind the counter instead of making sure to clean up previously used tables. They are quick to put the 18% tip option for what? This doesn’t reflect Ramona as I’ve observed this women give the best customer service she can and quick to clean up tables.
I ordered a egg salad sandwich and I got a microwave egg and cheese sandwich. I complained to manager and she replied “we don’t have egg salad sandwiches”. I told her that’s what I ordered from her cashier. I tried to eat the tasteless sandwich and salty soup. Very dissatisfied with the food. NEVER COMING BACK!!!! Management: Yes, I’m not stupid!! I know where I went. Rude.
