Jeff is very professional, he installed, configured the camera and the application on my iPhone in less than two hours and everything was super well-done. In addition, he can come to your location for an extra charge simply spectacular and everything at an exceptionally fair price. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Had a great experience with Jeff, got a front and rear dash cam installed in my 2021 Acura RDX and it took under an hour. Jeff even walked me through how to use my dash cam and what specific things I wanted in my settings. 10/10 recommend, every other company I called was over priced Essel auto was the only place I called that was reasonably priced.

Bought my own dashcam from blackboxmycar Canada. They were the ones that recommended Essell Auto to do the hard-wire install I wanted. Jeff is a great person to interact with and is willing to answer any questions or concerns you have via email/text prior to scheduling an appointment, does a thorough explanation on how to use your dashcam once installed. If I have another vehicle, I would buy a dashcam and have him install it again!
I had the opportunity to wotrk with Jeff Cheng to have my dashcam set up, and he has addressed my every concern to have the hardwiring process set up smoothly without a hitch It's been one month and everything works perfectly. Mine was a little tricky as it is a convertible so my rear camera was a challenge to be placed completely at the back, but we somehow found an alternative instead and everything is well set-up without a hitch. Personally, I had done alot of research and called multiple installers for quotes, and being nervous given that alot of dashcam installers who charges high set-up fees claiming "Amateurs/small time companies do not know how to set up the complexity of cars like Mercedes-Benz", can be assured that Essell knows exactly what they are doing, so do give this firm a shot - Highly recommended for the excellent services, Thanks Jeff!
These guys rock! Installed my front and rear dashcam while I was shopping at Yorkdale with my wife. The installation is absolutely perfect, with all wires hidden properly (hardwired) to the fuse box. Highly recommend to install your dashcam the RIGHT way!
Found Essell Auto on kijiji and I am glad I found them. Gave me a quote right away and scheduling was a piece of cake. Jeff did an amazing job with my 2023 Santa Fe. He installed a Blackvue dashcam; Front and Rear. The installation was fantastic, and what I mean by that, no wires are hanging, visible and everything he did was very clean.
