I stopped by again after a long time, and wow!!!!! still the best service. My car was a mess with dog hair and pee odor, but they brought it back like a brand-new ride. The smell is completely gone too!
I brought in my 13-year-old Lincoln for a full interior and exterior detail, and I’m honestly blown away by the results. The car looks and feels brand new! I could hardly believe it was the same vehicle! The team did a fabulous job inside and out, all at a very reasonable price. Mr. Steam did an incredible job helping to greatly reduce the smell of gas in my car after gas was spilled inside of the trunk. They were kind, efficient and squeezed me in during their busy schedule. Will absolutely return!
Professional quality and reasonable price! My car was thoroughly cleaned inside out and they really took their time to do it with the utmost care. The Japanese was was great too. The parking was quite limited in front of the shop so you have to park behind the official slots. The nearby Hey Noodle is the perfect spot for a quick bite while waiting.
Got my 2014 Altima cleaned with just the basic $50 package today and man I’ve never been this impressed. It’s so nice to see people who work with passion and love for their job. The car was so dirty inside & out but these 3 men did a superior job. I highly recommend this place if you want an experience where you need someone who truly cares. Rick and his team did a stellar job on my car today, it looks like it is brand spanking new. He took me in last minute but was meticulous in cleaning my vehicle (four and half hours). He even got rid of the gunk on my dash I thought would never go. The price for the work is beyond reasonable. He took me through all the places he cleaned and what he couldn't and was very transparent. Will be back with more of my vehicles!
I had the misfortune of a skunk spraying my car inside and out. The Mr. Steam staff to which I reached out were caring and suggested I drop my car by in order to receive a quote and found their price to be fair. They were able to fit me into their schedule the same day. They worked very hard on my car for hours, when they were finished the car was immaculate and the skunk smell was mostly gone. The gentlemen that worked on my car are clearly proud of the work they do on their client's cars and they produce fantastic results! I will definitely take my wife's car there next!!
