Aris and his team are amazing on every level! Aris is extremely communicative at every point and once on site, they work quickly and quietly to get the job done very very well each and every time. Our carpets and furniture are almost all light coloured / cream and Aris is super concientious with their approach. We have added them to our annual calendar twice a year and suggest you do as well. Had them coming over to clean my couch. They put so much perfumed solution on my couch that even after a month, it still sticks! The smell makes me dizzy, probably toxic. I contacted the owner multiple times, and he kept asking me to wait. Eventually he offered to come back to fix the problem, but then he offered dates that I am not home, when I tried to reach out to him again over the past week, he stopped responding...
I have two dogs and have always struggled to get my family room rug truly clean. Aris not only understood the challenge but made my rug look brand new! The communication and service were outstanding. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services!
This business is not trustworthy. For a 3 bedroom cleaning, at the first, they put a low price as $129 on their web site to lure customer in. But when call in, they said the price is wrong on the web site due to the web admin mistake and it should be $175 ($129 is still on the web site, if it is really a mistake, how come it is like that for months without being fixed?). After negotiation, they offers $150. After the service, I asked for the receipt. They said $150 is for cash price and hst was required for receipt. Understandable, so I paid $25 more for the tax. $175 cash in total I paid. Then they said they will send me the receipt once he is back to office. After waiting for 2 weeks, they didn't send anything. When I text the store to follow up, they send me a $175+TAX bill and asked me to pay AGAIN. I told them I have paid in full on the day of the service. Then they refused to admit they offered the price as $150 and insisted $175 I paid was for the service only. They said for me to get a receipt, I need to pay $20 more. They keep service record and bill in a very poor way and asked me to pay the same bill twice. They don't honor their own offer and using false price to cheat the customer. At the end, they could lie for just $20. This is first time and the last time for me to deal with them. For the service, it is better to find someone honest who you can trust.
Courteous and professional service. They were able to get a stain out on my sectional that I had lost hope for. They also cleaned my area rug and a headboard with good results. I would recommend them to others looking for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
Aris is a professional from start to finish. I had a water leak with considerable staining on my light carpet. I really thought I was looking at a total carpet replacement. Aris came over and did a test patch with wonderful results. He was on time, curtious, and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended!
