I just had the pleasure of hiring Krishna and his team to replace my floors on my main floor. Krishna was absolutely amazing to deal with from the beginning. He understood that I had small children and needed this project done quickly. I was able to go into the showroom that has a great selection pick out my floor and with in a couple days it was ordered. His team showed up right on time the morning of the installation and they got the job done in 7 hours!!! It was amazing!! My floors look so beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. I will defiently be using them again when it’s time to do my basement. I highly recommend Krishna he will make your renovations stress free!
We cannot thank Terry enough. We were looking for a color match on our hardwood and we found one that looked like a pretty decent match at Markham Custom Flooring. We ordered and when we got the boxes, we noticed the color was different from the piece of sample flooring we had brought. Terry told us we didn't have to accept these boxes and did not pressure us or make us feel bad. Instead, he told us that he could do a custom order to color match our flooring! It costs just a $1/ sq ft more, but totally worth it! The match was absolutely perfect! Thank you, Terry for your understanding, patience and expertise! We will be back for sure!
I have been many flooring stores for engineered hardwood planks, and finally, I picked up this store. Terry is a very supportive person, who not only gave me a good deal, but helped me arrange a home delivery with reasonable cost. Approximatly 8 years I purchased and had them install wood laminate from them and was happy with the I was so happy with the quality of ĺ initial installation that that I had them install water proof laminate for the kitchen and bathrooms and wood laminate for the other areas. They stand behind the products and their installation.
