Their staff broke my protection glass when he tried to put the case on my phone and claimed that is because my protection glass has poor quality so it's not their fault. Their products maybe good since they are selling a cell case for 100 bucks but I don't understand how they do business with customers and I would never step into that place again. I did not even heard a simple "Sorry" for what they did to my phone.
Back in 2014, I went to Tough Connection to get a case for my brand new smartphone. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They even put the case on my phone. (The case was UAG and has saved my phone many times.) I was so impressed by the service that when my sister and father needed cases, I brought them here. I got a new smartphone today and immediately went to this shop and got a case for it. The service was still great. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a case for your phone.
