The pendulum on our clock fell off the mounting rod/hanger and the threaded rod used to adjust the time snapped off. Knowing nothing about clock repair/replacement II could have gone locally within Calgary but went back to Arek's as that's where the parts were initially purchased from. I went to the website and based on pictures, ordered the pendulum that I thought I would need. A few days later, received a phone call and spoke with someone who went over my order to ensure I was asking for the right pendulum (I had not) and gave me clear, easy to understand instructions on how to figure out what kind of clock style & movement I had and how to clean and service our clock. The clock was a gift and is over 30 years old and now works great again. Service from them was great and the replacement pendulum was promptly received. I would highly recommend this company.
