The lady with eyeglasses who works at this Friday night today with bad customer service attitude! If u donnot wanna answer customer questions with bad attitude then don’t work as customer service. Why is so hard to answer question even customer asked u politely?!
Ordered a cup of flat white but she asked me if I need sugar.. what? Maay be they need training on the coffee.. I also ordered an almond croissant but it was way out of my expectations.. I throw it away after 2 bites.. by the way.. the flat white is so so. Nothing special
cashier has a horrible attitude. goes on her phone and doesnt see customers waiting to take an order. doesnt know whats on the menu when customer is ordering. sounds like shes tired of working here pretty sure its time to fire someone!!
The lady barista had a very bad attitude and angrily slammed my drink onto the table. I hope your staff can receive proper training on customer service.
Overall pretty good coffee shop. Been there couple of times and tried a couple of different coffee drinks. They really have a lot of different flavors and you’ll for sure find something that you like. If you download their app and sign up, you can get your first drink for only $0.99 which is crazy. Then you also get 4 30% off coupons after that. I always try to order online and get their coupons. So I recommend you do the same, so much more worth it. They also tend to have a long line in person so it’s better to order ahead. There is no seating though so it is a pick up and go coffee shop.
Good coffee, terrible service. I love cotti coffee but I would much rather visit another location over this one any day. They give out drinks an average of 10-15 minutes each time I’ve visited. There will be a line of cold drinks at the counter melting away and they will never call these out of order. Imagine you get 1 drink and the person before you orders 4- your drink will stay there until the person before you gets called. I have seen the workers do absolutely nothing while only one person makes drinks. I have no idea how or how they train their staff but it’s absolutely ridiculous and inefficient. Staff are pretty unhygienic too. I’ve watched the baristas pick their teeth and face in the open and go into making and serving their drinks without washing their hands. Super off putting.
Cheaper than Starbucks. Better than Starbucks. So many interesting flavours. Loved the creamy latte. No extra sugar because it's already sweet. Same with the stardust crema cotti. Both good. The stardust one has bubbles in it but they're overly firm.
