North print is amazing and I would highly recommend. I have printed magazines before at other place that claim to be high quality and user friendly but they are neither . This is cost effective, customer service is good. Print looks amazing . And the product gets shipped so fast - will be using again
Brutal. Zero customer service. I called this place several times with no answer, then drove to the business and was met with the the most confused, stunned look as if it was a surprise that someone showed up looking for business, followed by the most uncomfortable and rude exchange with an employee I’ve had in years, truly a worthless experience. Go someplace with people who want your business.
They are very professional and transparent. Nice to interact with them. Edit - i have asked for quotation and it was a retail order of 25 colour print of A4 papers and the guy politely explained me that the shop is for bulk printing. Even though he knew i am not a customer still he interacted with me well.
This company has totally impressed me. After looking for a printer in our area, I contacted North Print via email. After a number of kind, totally efficient answers I ordered my saddle stitched booklets and now thank them for such amaaazingly great service! My booklets were delivered on time by Purolator last week and I am blown away by the quality of the product. Also, North Print quality is superb, and prices are excellent! The box was handled well, all booklets are in good condition thanks to the invaluable shrink wrap. I feel totally confident that we will be able to continue to do business with you, even though we are ‘so far away’ living on Vancouver Island. Thanks again. North Print is truly the most professional and convenient printer I've worked with. They replied to messages promptly, sent several digital proofs to ensure I was satisfied with my design prior to printing, and had an insanely quick turnaround of 3 days (I submitted my design at 11:30pm Sunday and my booklets were delivered at 1pm the following Wednesday). The quality of their prints is immaculate and their pricing is more than reasonable! In fact, they were several hundred dollars cheaper than other printers and their customer service is unparalleled - the free shipping for Ontario and Quebec was an added bonus. I will be returning to North Print for all future printing needs. Thank you so much for everything, I could not be any happier with my order.
Definitely don't call, not friendly at all, I was just calling to asked about prices and everything, maybe the person was having a bad day or whatever, patience it's not in his vocabulary, the way he talked just don’t make you feel wecolme. Thanks anyways ♂️
There are a three things that take this place a cut above the rest: 1. On my quote-hunting for a job for 100x 300pg booklets, I was hearing everything from two weeks to a full month of lead time. North Print's turnaround time is 3 business days. 2. Kirill - he was so helpful throughout the whole process, taking his time to explain to me all the things I needed to know to make my booklets the best they could be. 3. Finally, the quality of the final product is impeccable and even better than I could've envisioned. Happy to give my full endorsement to this fine establishment.
