Recently needed to repair the keyboard of my Lenovo laptop. Other authorized retail stores said they were either 1) unable to repair it or 2) were charging more than $700 for the repair. I found this store and after over my first phone call with Allan, in which after realizing the replacement part was very expensive he sought to find affordable alternatives without my asking, I was convinced my laptop would be in good hands! Since my laptop's replacement part had to be ordered, I needed to submit a deposit (a portion of the total repair fee), which I gladly submitted. The repairs were done promptly; I was able to drop off and pick up my laptop the same day. Despite the significant damage to my laptop keyboard, after the repair it was like-new, and I was given more than enough time to verify in-store that the rest of my laptop was still functioning correctly. Highly recommend this store for its superior customer service!

Price Deception! Watch out for these people! I ordered a PC on their website and just this morning, they cancelled my order saying they had no stock. I check their website and the exact same product is now a higher price! And the stock number went back up! Watch out for these price deceptions. They might cancel your order and increase the price on the product on their website.
Called a few places for replacing my MacBook screen. This was the only shop who told me he has the screen in stock. I read them my model number and year of make and all the info and they with confidence said they have it and it will take 30 mins to replace. I got there, he didn’t check anything, just said it will take 2-3 business days. I told him I need it for next day and he said he will try. Next hour he called me saying he doesn’t have it in stock and the price from 300 jumps to 570 because he has to order it for me. Do yourself a favour and don’t go to this liar! Reply to his reply: He’s lying! He asked me model number, serial number for verification, and a few stupid questions like the size and year of the laptop (already in the model number and serial number) He told me they have it for my laptop and he can fix it in 30 mins
