Okay! So I went here from Groupon. It was booked because my partner saw good reviews. To give full transparency, Nazy is a sweetheart. But her mani/pedi/hand treatment/facial was truly poor. Here’s why; All her nail polishes are old and cheap. You can tell because the nail polishes are separating. The brands I saw was like sinful, that’s literally $2 back then. And no, she doesn’t do any shellac/acrylic or anything fancy like that. The dryer for the nails are old school and could get hot. The hygiene here is also is really bad. She would wear gloves but would use that glove that was cleaning the feet and dip it in the products she uses. So I couldn’t only imagine how many other people’s germs was on that since it’s being contaminated each time. This, I take seriously because people could literally get fungus and more. Even for the pedi, the water had no bubbles or jets…nothing. My nails weren’t also throughly clean. I tried to tell her and she still didn’t clean it, she said it was hard to clean. Literally, I used my nails on nails to clean it and it wasn’t hard at all. The hand treatment, was literally hot wax. But she didn’t even say what it was. I had to ask what it was. And the container it’s in looks dirty as well. Also, this is not her fault but because of her old age her hands shakes. So trying to paint the nails is kind of tough. So it’s bound that the manicure is messy. The mini facial is truly the bare minimum. She just put 2-4 products and hardly touches the face. Literally lasted under 6mins. It’s tough, because she’s really nice. But the services you would expect to get is just not happening here. Oh I think the reason why she gets good reviews is because with every session she’ll ask you to give her a good review. So it’s kind of hard to say no to her because she’s very nice. I also don’t know if this happened to anyone else. She asked for me to pay $9 tax because apparently Groupon doesn’t tax. So this whole service pretty much cost me $80-90. And literally nail polish chipping throughout the day. Oh and mind you, since the nail polishes are old, your nails will just smell like strong chemicals . I’m so sorry for leaving a bad review, but I think it’s worse to deceive people about the poor service just because someone is nice. So the 4.7 review I see here, I would give that to her personality but not for what service she gave.
If you want a nice relaxing mani/pedi/facial this is the place to go. Its owner operated by a lovely lady, and feels like being treated by a wonderful friend.
The owner seems nice, but I was very unhappy with the service I received. I got a groupon as a gift for a mani-pedi and mini facial. The pedicure was average. The manicure was fine, but my polish application was not good at all. The mini Facial lasted maybe seven minutes and I do understand that it’s mini and I have done mini facial and express facials before, but she literally washed my face exfoliate. My face put a toner and cream on. There was no steam nothing at all. I definitely think that the Groupon package is not worth it.
Had a wonderful and peaceful experience at this spa. Nazy was so kind and informed me about the mini facials that I would be doing and their benefits. It was a quiet and pleasant atmosphere and I felt very relaxed the whole time. Would definitely go again for other services that she offers!
Well I never had microblading done before. So I chose her. At first I was not satisfied had to go back for an adjustment. She it well. Fast forward months later.....OMG she made my eyebrows grow back??no lie nice and full to. I must admit I was a bit upset at first but she even refunded me and still fixed it. I was a bit upset as I had lost my mom weeks previous. So I was a bit rude. I apologize for my behavior. Go see her she is great it is in Markham a nice drive out. And she does a whole lot of other services also?????

I had a terrible experience here. Came for laser hair removal and ended up with a NASTY burn. The technician did not ask me if I had any tattoos or anything like that prior to starting. She began with the session and ended up lasering close to my tattoo which caused a burn so deep it took weeks maybe even months to heal. Immediately when it happened she blamed me for not telling her about my tattoos which made no sense at all. As a tech you should ask all the right questions and check your client thoroughly before starting treatment. I still have a nasty scar there and part of my tattoo is ruined. I would not recommend this place or go back.
