They deserve -5 rating if google review would allow me because 1. The first customer service person just kept having a conversation with their friend and ignored me 2. The second customer service person yelled at me when I asked them to show me where the kitchen sponge holder was and I had to remind her that this was my 1st time in this store and this was not how you treat a customer who is keeping the store lights on by buying items from the store. Plus, it was her job to get people in and out quickly so everyone could leave on time since it was a holiday weekend. Not only that, she was standing around and was doing nothing 3. The guy who decided to help me couldn’t even find the kitchen sponge holder and it took 3 staff to find it, which I told him this was the reason why I had to ask him to show me where it was because if he couldn’t find it then the chances of me finding it was slim to none. They were rude and disrespectful about it 4. The cashier threw the item at me then refused to give me the receipt and refused to give me a bag when i asked for one. All the cashier gave their customer a bag for free and didn’t offer to ask me if i wanted a bag for the item. The cashier then tried to raise the price of the bag several times and tried to go through my cloth purse. I then demanded my money back and she refused 5. She finally gave me a receipt. However, she didn’t give me a chance to put the receipt in the wallet, put my wallet away and pick up my item to leave she the call the next customer over. I had to tell her that has to wait till i put the receipt in the wallet and put the wallet in my cloth purse so i can take my item or she can call the manager for the refund if she continues to push me around like this. Plus, I had to tell her that i was done with her abusive behaviour and i was ready to call the police so i could press charges, while pulling out the phone to call 911. She finally back down while giving me an attitude and told that customer that he has to wait 6. According to another review, they supposed to put a sticker on items if they don’t give customers bags for the item. She never did. Shame
This is a store with a vast assortment of items - from mugs, to appliances, rangehoods, gardening supplies, and luggage sets. They have some clothing and shoes, as well as some tools, toys, and stationary. They also carry some beauty items though most have moved over to their sister shop CIYO across the way. They definitely have the best selections of electronic Chinese cooking implements - there are pots for making double steamed soups, several types of soy milk makers, steamers (electric plastic or stainless steel), kettles that can make soup...and so many rice cookers (literally more than 1 wall). I always enjoy browsing the store even if I don't always make a purchase just to see what new items they have. It's a good way to walk off a meal from Heritage Town.
I recently purchased a rice cooker for my friend, and she didn't even use it once. And it had been more than 14 days since my purchase. I reach out to the store customer service and explained the situation. They listened to my concerns with understanding and agreed to provide me with a refund. Thank you once again for your kindness and your dedication to making your customers feel valued and heard. I'll certainly be back again and I'll be sure to recommend BestShop to my friends and family.
The Best Shop is a store where customers can pick out the item and go, rather than wait for weeks from AliExpress or Temu. Items range from fancy electronics that retail for hundreds of dollars to dollar-shop items that are slightly more expensive than dollar stores and Chinese online markets. It can be busy on weekend afternoons.

This is the best place to shop for Chinese products especially household and electronic appliances. Very fascinating and beautiful China latest electrical products which not many found in my country. I love shopping here, most of their electronics shown in my instagram.?Imagine if I have all these high-tech electronic appliances in my house, definitely become an influencer China princess lifestyle.
