The product selection, quality and sales are unbeatable. I’ve ordered from here on a number of occasions and will again for gifts now that my little one is big. I know my child is safe using these products and found hip mommies after cautionary tales from my community where someone purchased cheap feeding products from Amazon. The shipping costs being a flat charge was amazing and my order arrived in less than a week! The boxes the dishware were in was a little damaged around the edges, but the product itself was fine and works great!
They sell products from brand called “Gathre” that is falsely advertised as leather but it’s all fake leather despite the steep price tags. Their only excuse when I emailed them was that they’d just copied the information about the product straight from the manufacturers website. Maybe get to know and write accurately about the products you sell? That’s not my job. When I asked for a shipping label to return the product on the basis of it being false advertising they just said they don’t have a “free return” policy. I get that they don’t for products you simple “don’t like” (this is what their website says), but false advertisement of a product shouldn’t fall into that category. Fake leather is 100% plastic and never environmentally friendly btw. Would never purchase from here again.
