There is a huge sign on their window with capital letters that says “walk-in clinic”. Well… they are not! Refused to provide service to me and my 4 month old. Why advertise as a walk in clinic when you don’t take walk ins? What a waste of time. Somebody will have to report your clinic for your practices…
Reception never answers the phone. Had a test done and was told 2-3 days and the doctor will call me back regardless of results and haven’t heard back in over a week. Doctor also refused to send me to a specialist when I requested. Wants me to book yet another in person appointment when I am feeling better to reassess and I don’t know why. I guess that’s what you get with “free” health care.
Dr Raatha Krishnamohan is very nice and professional. I've became her patient for the past year and she's very knowledgable and caring, and always easy my worries. All the staff there are very friendly and nice too. They respond my emails or phone calls very fast. I can always see the dr on time without extra wait.
First visit at her office since she took me as a patient during or just after pandemic. She’s very professional, through and takes time to listen. I’m very impressed Thank you Dr for accepting me as a patient ,
