Wow! I bought a refurbished sound bar, and it arrived in a couple of days. It probably cost them more to ship it to me so quickly (and in-person!) than it was worth. I knew up front to expect blemishes and scratches on the product, but there were no marks on it! Even the original stickers were still in place. Impeccably packed and tested, too. I'm a tech junkie and buy a lot of stuff - usually on a whim for entertainment. Of all the refurb companies I've purchased from, this group is by far the best. I will be a repeat customer and recommend them to my friends. Well done KDJ.

Picked up a refurbished TV from them for an excellent price. Arrived to see a small warehouse loaded with LG TVs. They took the TV out of the box and allowed me to test everything prior to purchase. 3-weeks after bringing it home, the TV started turning off by itself. I took it back and they gave me a replacement on the spot, and everything has been working great since. At their price point, I was pleasantly surprised with the good service and a hassle free 90-day warranty.

edit: 8 months later, April 8th 2022 tv is still amazing, 4k 60fps beauty and the magic wand remote is slick and amazing to use with my ps5 when just watching streaming content. purchased a refurbished LG OLED 55" CX model tv and it's gorgeous. not a scratch on the screen, not a single defective diode/pixel, even the box was in good condition. They took the time to demonstrate exactly how to open the box and then turn on the tv to test it, perfect again. After strapping it all back up they answered my questions about purchasing an extended warranty (my own anxiety typically leads me to purchase them) and I expect I'll purchasing it before the 90 day time limit to purchase it is up. Very calm, kind, to the point and cautious. Warned me twice about about proper lifting and moving techniques (which is extremely important to lg oleds as well as all flat screens), even taking the extra seconds to place items taken out the box to safer locations so they're not accidentally knocked to the ground, and after helping to load it into my van I could not be be happier. LG makes great products and if you get one that had a defect that was refurbished you're almost guaranteed it's lifespan is going to be better than a brand new one. Also those prices! omg, the tax is included in those prices!
