The Thornhill Employment Hub is a great resource. Valentyna was such a great support for my father. She helped with so much patience and kindness and we truly felt cared of and respected throughout the process. We're so thankful for everything that she has done. I had to chase them for months to help me. Jaime seems nice every time we talk, but never reply my emails without me calling David the manager after waiting for weeks. Over 12 months now, apart from getting my resume rewritten, no results from the other help I’ve needed. I missed my second career opportunity, had to take a hard labour job that’s completely unrelated to my field to pay the bills without their help. Jaime was always on vacation or taking care of personal business and other work, I asked them to sign me with someone else if she doesn’t have time, they never did. When I contacted another employment service, they call me every other day with results. I wish I had chosen them in the time of need instead of wasting 12 months here.
This place is wonderful. They helped me with every step of the way. Natalie and Edit helped me find a place to work. I’m especially indebted to Natalie. She searched all around for a place for me, gave me constructive criticism in a very kind way on my resume, helped me make a new and better one, and in the end scored me a full-time job!
