Just got off the phone. The manager Nazren Yousus, jumped in the call and was so rude. I wasn't even talking to her. Not a good place really and if management is that rude then how is the employment counselor going to help. Very poor service and waste of time.
I needed help with my application with jobs Ontario so I came to JVS. Staff was not helpful. She said you must attend our Information session 1st which happens once a month. So you can attend it next month when it happens. Then she asked me to go to Job Skills which would offer the same services and they might be able to assist you with your application for Better Jobs Ontario. It is very frustrating when you are looking for help and centres which are meant to help you also divert you to go somewhere else. I am very disappointed with JVS Toronto Employment Source Markham

I’m writing to share my experience with JVS Markham. I attempted to contact them via email last two weeks and followed up with a phone call , but I did not receive any response to either attempt. Effective communication is essential for good service, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing in this regard. The lack of response to both email and phone inquiries has left me unable to resolve, which is frustrating. I hope JVS Markham can address this issue by improving their responsiveness to client inquiries. Ensuring timely communication would significantly enhance the customer experience.
I tried JVS employment a month ago and it was a waste of time. There is no complaints about Adiba the agent that was assigned to me, she was kind in breaking things down, but the employment agency is run, a bit lazy with no results. I mean i tried it for over a month and there was no jobs, for warehouse vacancies that got in touch with me. I felt like i was given the run around, and not once did i honestly believe they were trying to get me employment. In my honest opinion you would have better luck applying for jobs online yourself. I would recommend people go the temporary agency route, because you can wait and wait you will never get a call for a job opportunity with JVS. The staff that i had was very well mannered, but nice does not pay the bills. This agency needs to work on the connections they have for jobs, because they literally have zero connections. I was very disappointed with this so called agency it was nothing like i expected, looks like a place people hang out at to kill some time. I do not believe they are in the service of helping people get jobs, but we live in a cold reality people live by and it's long as i eat, i could care less about anybody else, this should be JVS new slogan. Worst employment agency!
I had a wonderful experience with JVS markham, they are really supportive and helpful, I got a great support, I want to thank specially Lakshimi Naharaja who is the best, she was following up and helped me a lot when I was completely disappointed.
