Their guidance gave me the confidence to make my first purchase — and I couldn’t be happier with my Lamy pen! Nicollette is a millennial shriller. Full disclosure: I have known the owner for over the two decades that he has been in business and came on to Google Reviews to provide my opinion. Please note the other stellar reviews before Nicollette. If customer services was truly terrible, this business would have went under long time ago, given how difficult the clientele can be sometimes... I have been a loyal customer of this business for a long time and could not stand having the hard work of a good friend slandered by Nicollette. The "Final Sale" sign is in big block letters at the entrance. Nicollette asked for an exchange of item that was purchased 3 months ago. She was also very rude with that attitude of a millennial complaining about "customer service" at the slightest offence. We've all been there. Anyone from a customer service role can empathize with me. This isn't Costo fam. You had three months to bring it back and what you failed to ask was how long the gift receipt was good for. I'm surprised the sales woman didn't tell you to shoo, given the way you treated her. entitled much?
Horrible customer service. I bought a product as a gift and asked for a gift receipt. The product was handed to me in the wrong packaging. When I wanted to return it, I was told that it was not refundable or exchangeable. This made no sense to me because 1) I was given a gift receipt and 2) I was never told that this item was final sale. I was told that apparently there was a sign that said "Final Sale" when I purchased the item. Although it was final sale, the sales woman argued with me that every store offers 30 days for exchange and I was late (even though they wouldn't have exchanged it sooner anyway). She said "This is not Costco." This is the kind of service you will get from this place.
I bought a wallet, Swiss army knife, digital clock and engagement ring. I had the engraving done here as well. Good quality and the owner took his time to make sure he got it right. I recommend this place to anyone who need to buy gifts for someone. Everything in this store is brand new and original. It is also good to know it is an authorized dealer. Kind of unique thing in this mall.
I went there to buy a ring for my husband,the price was uncomparable to anywhere, so much option to choose from. The staff are also very helpful and very friendly. The store is very clean and organized. I also had our wedding rings engraved here,it was done professionally. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for gift ideas especially for men. And I would definitely go back for sure.
