Would give 0, walked in for an eyebrow wax and the lady told me to have a seat. After about 10 minutes I asked her how long, she replied 3 minutes. After another 5 minutes, another lady comes out and asks if I have an appointment, to which I replied that I am a walk in looking for an eyebrow wax. She states they do not do that service. I wish I was told prior and I would have left instead of waiting 15 minutes. Horrible customer service.
extremely bad experience from 11:30 on Apr 7th，there are two eyelash technicians.One extend mine，one technician bullied my kid when I closed my eyes and turned the little one away from the recliner close to me to the other one.And I found it when my eyelash extension was done and opened my eyes, because my son was quiet.Actually she used the recliner at the end at beginning and all other recliners are availble. Feel really disppoited. Will not to go back after finish my membership，although i have been their customer 6 years.
Tried lashes extention. Would give five if they offer package price for extensions. 180 lashes for 90dollars + tax and tips. Bathroom located outside shops. Chairs are very comfortable makes you want to sleep, peaceful environment.
Unhygienic, never see them sanitizing before and after customers. They have inexperienced students that makes ur lashes droopy and fall out within 2 days. also price is not set, given always last when done, and the next time you go in for refill they charge you an arm and leg.
Gave me an eye infection after doing my lash extensions!!! Took 5 hours to do my extensions, poked me in the eye with tools one eye was lashed ok, the other eye was rushed and wasn't lashed properly. AVOID. After attempting to reach the lash artist, she ignored my call and text. When I tried to reach management, I was given the run around by the receptionist. Absolutely disgusting.
Amazing job on my lashes at As Beauty. Rose is very meticulous and caring. She takes the time to figure out exactly what you want. It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience.
