Site says walk ins welcome. There's been a sign on the door for years saying no longer taking walk ins....maybe don't call yourself a walk in clinic then
I took a day off to see the doctor. Website says walk in acceptable!!! Receptionist was not nice at all, she first yelled at me I never answer my call and came in without an appointment plus says doctor wont take me today due to an workshop but he was able to see patients who made an appointment which doesn’t make sense. Please remove walk in available on the website!
This is a review of the pharmacy only, not the medical office. Beware …I was shorted twice on the tablets for my prescription. I will never use it again. If you do, count your tablets before you leave the premises.
Dr. Lucky is unprofessional and has a volatile personality Extremely uneducated on the use of medications. Wait times are around 2-3 hours with an appointment.
Nice place...Dr. Jey is great and really listens to what you have to say. The receptionist there that day was a wonderful lady and always smiling. The pharmacist was a nice gentlemen too. Only small complaint is that the seating area feels a little small as it was busy the day i went for my appointment. Overall though, great experience!
At least 40 mins wait! And do not call back for report result, I need to call many times and come back to the clinic, and then wait for 40 mins to see the doctor again!
I am surprised by some of the bad reviews here because it's been more than 6 years since Dr. jayakumar is our family doctor, and we have never experienced anything bad. Every clinic has some policies and protocols. The staff is really nice and humble . The receptionist never turned down our call . The whole team is very responsive and kind. Even in emergency situations, whenever I called Dr. Jay, he did never disappoint us. He is very understanding and listens patiently to his patients. I am very satisfied with the staff and Dr. Keep up the good work all the team!
