  Tried Hero Burgers in Markham, Ontario recently. Honestly, not what I expected. The burger itself was underwhelming, definitely not worth the money I paid last month to sit and watch that presentation, only to end up here later. The fries didn’t have much flavor, I’d rate it below a 4. Fries were too dry as well, which didn’t help. Overall, I was hoping for better quality for the price. Just one staff serving

  Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. Our Angus beef is halal and no antibiotics and no hormones. Can you find another burger place serving this kind of standard. Fresh cut fries!!!   20251103 Update: Their chicken finger and spicy jalapeno crispy chicken burger are nice, too. 2025: The restaurant is spacious. They provided special meal deals that are only available in this store but not at the other Hero Burgers stores. The bread is soft and the patty is juicy. I will come to this store more often for sure.

  Don't order sweet potatoes. It tasted like rotten potatoes. So regret getting a combo instead of burger only. Burger was OK. But not as good as other store. Also, I don't like why server emphasize their meat is halal when clearly I am Chinese. The restaurant also has a selling items not related to hero burgers. Also, they are red bull cooler for $400.

  Very very slow service. 15 minutes for my order and only 2 people ahead of me. Burger was underwhelming and luke warm. First time here and last time. I didnt enjoy my experience here.

  The hero certified place was really smelly at highway 7 and mccowan. I advised the owner and he said that floor cleaning is required. Can you believe this. This place needs inspection to ensure food area and restaurant is clean and not smelly

  I said the floor was just mopped. It is the bleach we put in the water to disinfect the place. We apologize for the smell to discomfort you.

  Got to the restaurant at 10:30 tonight and all the lights were off and nobody in the building. Hours online say 11pm close? Update your hours of operation if you're not going to be open

  I was here and my wife was here, I wanted to close early because it was very very very quiet. My wife said we should not do that and I agreed with her. So we were both here to 11 waiting for you to show up.
