I had an excellent experience with toronto home comfort. My fireplace is quite old, and I was worried that fixing the pilot assembly would be difficult. The tech was honest about the challenges due to the age of my fireplace. He came back with the exact parts needed and got everything working perfectly. I really liked the effort put into saving my existing fireplace.
My experience with THC has been nothing but positive. I knew little about gas fireplaces when I asked THC to replace my woodturning fire with a small Regency unit. The sale was seamless, installation was handled smoothly despite a difficult route for the gas line, and the crew did not leave until I was satisfied. This fall I required help with re-lighting the pilot light and the technician was prompt and patient. He even made a return visit when the artificial logs were not assembled to my liking. I have recommended THC to friends and I would use them again if starting over.
