I had a great experience with Orchid Florist! There was an initial problem with my order, and they responded with warm professionalism. Karen offered to send a beautiful replacement bouquet free of charge, and took care of it right away!
I was so impressed with the first visit. In no time at all, she had made two special gifts of just one rose each that I visited the second time and was taken aback by how different it was from the first time. I had no idea that there was water in the container. I had to clean it off one by one before giving it as a gift. The flowers are healthy and the owner's skills are the best of any florist I've been to in Toronto. I look forward to receiving better service next time.
Be careful they pay for reviews. They offered a discount if I would write a great review. I would have but the flowers I got lasted less than 3 days. Best to just stay away.
MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS A BRIDE COULD EVER ASK FOR!!!! I'm still in shock at how beautiful our wedding flowers were for our backyard wedding. Karen and her team were absolutely amazing!
