Had Sergis come out approximately two weeks ago to replace a deteriorating pipe outside my house, identified by Enercare while work was being completed throughout the neighbourhood during the summer. He consulted with me during every step of the process, not only to confirm understanding of the work to be done, but also gain permission to move forward with the repair.
