I got the manager special which I believe was a mama burger combo for a reduced price as well as a kids meal for my son. Food was good. No complaints. The modern food court has many places to sit and eat. Thank you.
I ordered breakfast this morning through mobile app. There except my order however store is still closed when I get there unable to get my breakfast. Need my money back!
Please pay attention to customer order. dont just keep pretending you understand the order. it just lead to your customer frustration. Its ok to repeat the order or ask again
Awful burger. Teen burger was luke warm and had no taste. $18 for a teen burger combo. Absolute ripoff. A&w is a total scam. Their quality has gone down hill and overpriced. The operators of this location have no idea on what they're doing. Stay away.
I ordered a burger and the service was amazing!! I had a cashier named Annabelle and she was so kind and accommodating. I will be coming back for the delicious burgers but especially because she was outstanding. 10/10
Very slow service all the time but the food is good. Staff are good but it is just very slow up to 10 minute wait often. Update: Service has improved with different staff working there. The wait is not too long now only need to wait up to 5 minutes. Food is still great.
Marksville mall. I couldn’t help but be impressed by this specific location. The service is fantastic here — the staff are working their tails off — every time I come here on a Saturday is jampacked with people waiting and the service is perfect. They get the orders right almost all the time and I’m so impressed with the professionalism that they show, delivering numeous orders quickly and accurately without much room for pause — absolutely fantastic — working the cash, Sukhman. Or Paul are efficient, professional, courteous and hard working under pressure. There’s good reason that all of the mall walkers and the elderly Asian men and women are convinced that it’s the best place for breakfast, just my opinion and observation, but you can’t be mediocre and receive this type of patronage. Five stars all the way!
