She took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave spot-on recommendations. Truly fantastic customer service and I highly recommend chatting with her if you visit!
Staff are very friendly and approachable. Kei was very helpful and recommended several skincare and makeup products that would suit my skin type. She is very knowledgable and gave me amazing and detailed advice!
Tried buy a specific product from this location, was told none were available because they were being saved for a sale a week later and told me to line up early for it the following week. So instead of selling something at full price they would rather sell it for less.
As I was searching for masks with a friend of mine, Kei arrived with help like she knew my friend needed it. Kei is honest and knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to! She even helped me with what masks would work on me, which was fun and interesting t know about. She makes sure that you can fully understand what the products are used for, explains the ingredients she knows of, and suggests what's best age-appropriate products for the skin! Always love this store and the selections of K and J beauty products but the Staff are way better at Scarborough Town Centre. It was not as busy but couldn’t locate any Staff other than the Cashier. Looking for the Gold Goku J but no luck.
