Even if you speak their language, worst customer service known to man kind. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING even if you will buy it otherwise they will cuss you out and say that you have brain problems. Do not recommend!!
My wife and I needed to purchase several herbs and the entire experience was great. The woman that helped us was very friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I initially miscommunicated the name of an herb and she asked to double check as the function of that specific herb was different from the other herbs that I needed. All the herbs and pills we purchased were high quality and fresh. I like how the herbs are individually heat sealed. Looking forward to coming again!

Buyer's beware! We were looking for something that we can buy at grocery store for $18 and the owner of this store said "This item is on sale this week. The price is $60. The regular price is $70". The product they offered is identical to to one in grocery store for $18!
We got this fake fish maw last week and spend hundreds of dollars. They are a big shop and it’s a shocker for them to be selling this. We will be requesting for refunds!
Always courteous service with high quality goods . The Lam family members provide excellent service .mr Lam is very knowledgeable and only sells herbs that are high quality . Been going there for many years. Others sell stuff with poor quality and lower prices. I prefer high quality products and a trust worthy herbalist
