I LOVE this place. Seriously. Wonderful family business with all the toppings you can think of AND MORE. Poutine is amazing!! Layered gravy and cheese in every bite. Ive been coming here for years and love it I would give 10 stars if I could. A hidden gem I simply cannot gatekeep because theyre so awesome and deserve every single sale they can get!! See you guys again soon ❤️
I had to meet someone here at the Canadian Tire and decided to grab a poutine at the chip wagon. The lady there was very friendly and the price was only $8 for a medium. When the poutine was done the lady went through a list of toppings she could add at no charge. From what I remember there was salt, pepper, spicy pepper, bacon bits and crunchy onion pieces. I opted for all of them and the poutine was delicious. The only thing I would change is make sure the potatoes are fully peeled because I prefer that but this was still an amazing poutine. I will go back next time I’m in the area.
Hotdog combo was great! Tasty and generous portion. Service was lovely as well, super friendly. Definitely going to make more trips to Kate & Jan Hotdogs
My boyfriend loves steet dogs so we decided to come here and try it out. The Italian sausage and poutine were so delicious! They have a lot of toppings to choose from, would recommend bacon bites on your poutine. The service from the guy who I assume was Jan was super friendly and it took less than 5 mins to recieve everything. Would definitely come here again.
My husband and I were craving "street meat" so we found Kate & Jan and it didn't disappoint! It was our first time there. The man that served us was nice and friendly. We ordered a beef hot dog, Italian sausage and poutine. Great selection of toppings to pick from and poutine was a generous serving with perfect amount of gravy and cheese curds! Definitely be back if we're in the area.
Yummy yummy! This place offers amazing homemade fries and burgers on top of typical hot dog and sausages! Poutine looks super bomb also. Best part is they take card payments I give them 9/10!
Just grabbed a sausage from these guys. Cut like a pro and amazing service! Definitely the place to go :D Update: it's still fkn great! I love love love the service and today was such a beautiful day to eat at their picnic tables!
