Visited this store after long time. It is pretty run down compared to what it was pre covid. Empty shelves and vegetables not fresh. Very disappointed.
Terrible customer service. Owner guards his parking lot like a garden gnome. Very disrespectful owners and horrible environment. Will definitely be spreading the word about how bad this place is considering the grown man owner likes to yell at young women in public.
Came for the first time. For the most part, it is pretty good except for a few suggestions: All the isles should have numbers and all items should have prices marked on it or on the shelf. Flies, mosquitoes or other bugs should never be inside the store. The parking lot needs to be properly paved. Close the location for 1 weekend and it should be completed. As soon as all the suggestions are addressed, you will get more customers.
cashier scanned urad and was 7.99 price, then said no, it's 9.99 and changed it manually to the higher price. also asked where couple items were and the answer was "I don't know". rude.
Cashier needs training when it comes to cleanliness and customer service. Overall the place is clean, vegetables didn't look fresh. I visit it for certain items only otherwise not a place I would regularly visit for grocery shopping
Ordered 4lb/pounds of halal Korean marinated short ribs from here Victoria Day long weekend and they were DELICIOUS!! Perfectly sweet, smoky and savoury when grilled. A little on the pricey side (13.99/lb) but there was a lot of meat on the ribs and were great quality. I’ve ordered from places in the past where the short ribs were really skinny. I did call in advance, a few hours ahead, to place the order to make sure they had it so I would recommend you do the same just in case. This is going to be my go to spot for the summer! Ps. Owner was really friendly too :)
Please do not purchase any items here..mostly stale or old stuff most products expiry date has been blanked out .i am wondering how they are operating this business...i guess most products have passed the expiry dates....i would not recommend anyone to visit this store...
