Im usually the most laxed person, but I figured I'd just hop on to leave a short review considering the terrible customer service experience I had while ordering/receiving food today while I was there. My son has autism and only eats fries, so I ordered the fries as shown on the picture. On the app it indicates fries, the price and shows a picture of REGULAR fries, theres an add to cart button which I clicked. Little did I know that by default they are SPICY fries (at a children's indoor playground might I add) Not only did they charge me an extra dollar but when I got them and looked shocked, the staff there asked me if I just wanted them to toss them in the garbage, before I even had a chance to say anything. No other suggestion, sympathy or option as I looked confused as to where the 'spicy' came from. The app does not make it clear that they are by default spicy. I reordered another fries for another $8.99 and my son waited an additional 20 minutes for them to get made. Such an expensive day considering their entrance fee is 30$ and they also do not take the Access 2 Card. Dont think Ill be coming back. Customer Service was awful. Picture showing the actual fries.
Newly started indoor so it's neat and clean. Not worthy for kids five years older and above age. Too much price and only one adult is allowed with kid.
This place brings back memories of a time where kids were not on their phones and games were a communal activity. So much family fun! Highly recommend.
We absolutely love Doodoo Kids Playground! The place is super clean, very fun, and always well-maintained. We come here all the time, and every experience has been great. The staff are friendly and helpful, and we’re always satisfied with their service. One of the best things about this playground is that you can bring your own food from outside — a huge convenience for families. Highly recommended!
Great indoor playground for kids! Very clean, rarely overcrowded, well-maintained, and friendly staff! It’s convenient that outside food is allowed (in designated food areas), and we appreciate that re-entry is allowed with admission.
Dodo Kids Playground is truly one of the best indoor playgrounds I’ve ever been to! It’s super clean — the staff are constantly walking around, cleaning and making sure everything is spotless. The equipment is all new, fun, and safe, with lots of cool climbing and play structures that kids absolutely love. I recently hosted my son’s birthday party here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. You can really tell they care about the kids and the parents. Another great thing is that you’re allowed to bring your own food, fruits, and snacks, which makes it so convenient! I’ve probably been here at least twenty times by now, and every single visit has been perfect. Highly recommend this place — both for everyday play and for birthday parties!
Huge playground! We booked for party room and there were staffs to help out with decoration and clean up. Everything went well, no one urge us to leave even after the booked time was over. Great combination with all kinds of plays that fit all ages.
