Absolutely no knowledge regarding watches. Says they deal with the top brands. If they can't even distinguish the difference between a JLC and a IWC， I really have to question their knowledge. Bring them your watches and they low ball everything, which is fine if you stole it in the first place. This whole place smells of a fence
Have a lot criteria to buy diamonds such as diamonds only 1 kt and above. Lady said my certificate was no good because I had 2 diamonds but one certificate for both the diamonds and more. Work on appointment only, can't imagine making an appointment to buy something. Lady also kept her door closed making it hard to hear her, trying to talk through a small crack in the glass door carrying out a full conversation. Don't know if it was because my skin color or what but many other stores were open as I walked in including jewelry stores
This is not a good place to sell gold, last time i get quoted from them, stating 2100, then 2400.....finally they gave me 3000, after 45 mins that's the maximum. then i search one in Victoria Park, i just get inside and the owner offer me 3400...then i sell it.very friendly $2100 vs $3400 ....hahaha
I went here first before I went to any other jewellery store because my friend highly recommended GoldStation, saying that they offer the most money out of any other stores hands down, whether its for my gold or watches. It was my first time selling my jewellery, so I was really nervous as I didn't understand how the process works. The staff here were very patient with me, and they made it very easy to understand the whole procedure, which was actually fairly quick and simple. Throughout this process, I never felt like I was being pressured or rushed to sell my items. I sold some of my 24k gold jewellery and one Rolex watch - I was surprised because I got more money than expected and it was paid in cash. Overall, the staff and service provided made my experience really great. I would highly recommend those who are looking to sell their un-used jewellery and watches to GoldStation.

Do not recommend...she tried telling me some of my items were much lower, and one wasn’t even gold. I was offered $180. I drove a little bit away, and got $585. Also, the bracelet she insisted wasn’t gold, tested 14k. Either the staff doesn’t know the customers are being jilted, or they make you purposely feel bad. Very sad
Girl I dealt with was very professional and even took the time to explain things to me. I learned a lot got more than I expected very honest. Will definitely be going back.
