My interaction with Rainbow and Rob was professional from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. I had 2 other companies come in to quote and neither one seemed interested in what I WANTED to do, they kept trying to steer me in a direction that would have made it easier for them. Rob listened to what I wanted to do and came up with an AMAZING solution that gave me what I wanted, but at the same time saved me some $$ by doing it in a more cost effective way! Highly recommended.
I have never written a poor review before as I am aware of the affect it can have. Make sure you are there to watch and inspect every step of the way, watch out for unrequested modifications to save the company $$ and not pass along the savings after design and quote are approved. Make sure you get the stone they promised, and the job is done as agreed to. Watch out for broken and incomplete items. Back several times and still not satisfied and will now source an alternate to complete to satisfaction at additional expense.
I’d like to thank Rainbow. Their landscaping crew took care of my place this past fall and did amazing work. The clean up and final presentation was just as promised.
