DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They completed work at my home with the understanding of a 3 year warranty. Within 6 months of completion I was having issues and for 5 months chased them with no remedy. They do not answer calls or respond to messages. Completely unreliable. They set appointments and don't keep them and then show up unannounced or without notice. Once you've paid you can forget them returning to address any issues.
This contractor has placed hundreds of cheap plastic lawn signs all over our nice small town. It is against bylaw and is considered littering. Bylaw has been notified.
Sun city landscaping did a very good job on my house, They use high quality materials and they do stuff at cheaper prices than other people. Highly recommend them!
I would give zero stars if it were possible. The owner never answers her phone and rarely responds to messages. When you ask them to confirm the start date, they fail to do so and often show up at your door unexpectedly. They do a poor job and don’t take any responsibility. Once they receive your payment, they stop responding. Be cautious when doing business with them; don’t waste your money.
I did receive what I wanted. My backyard looks more spacious right now. The quality of the material is impressive. I was quite picky with the placement but it all ended done properly with the help of communication. I would recommend this company to my neighbours and close friends.
